Led by Shane Hall, we are a prominent name in real estate here in the Maryland and Washington DC marketplaces.
Since our inception, we've been specializing in Greater Annapolis and the Eastern Shore but have grown into the DC market.
No matter what price point, we feel every client deserves the same relentless attitude, professional approach, empathy and gratitude. We know this market, we know our clients and we do what it takes to deliver an exceptional experience for them.
We are a team with a purpose. Our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world.
Shane started his real estate career in October of 2013, while the market was still very much recovering from the Great Recession. He's evolved from a novice into one of the top producers in real estate through hard work, client advocacy, and innovative thinking.
Shane sets his expectations high. He quickly became one of the youngest real estate agents in the Annapolis area, heading sales projects spanning from new builds to luxury estates. Shane is a skilled negotiator whether his client is the buyer or the seller -- he never forgets his client's interests.
Shane's seasoned experience, sharp instincts, foresight and ability to anticipate market trends, enables him to lead and create opportunities for buyers and sellers in changing markets.
Living in the area for 20 years now, Shane is an expert on the market. You can usually catch him giving tours on the weekends of new buildings and neighborhood hot-spots or holding open houses for new inventory.
The DC/Baltimore Metro real estate market is changing, and so must the real estate agents. If you are looking for a young, well educated, fun professional with a creative eye and fresh perspective, then look no further. Call Shane with any questions about the current market or a specific listing, and to set a time for a private viewing.
Shane graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 with a degree in Marketing and Communication. He lettered in Varsity Lacrosse with the Terps winning an ACC Championship and a National Runner-Up during his 4 years.
After school, Shane worked for the federal government for a stint and decided it wasn't the fit for him, so he tried his hand in something the total opposite of that in real estate! Just before college he met his wife Emily, who just happened to be enrolling as a Terp as well that Fall of 2007.
Fast forward 11 years later, Emily and Shane now live in Severna Park with their daughters Hunter and Holden two dogs Decker and Reese.
